The McCulloch MC-1275 steam cleaner may be at the top of its price range, but labeling it "Heavy Duty" is a stretch. I have used it to clean moderately soiled kitchen floor grout and a bathroom shower. While there were noticeable results, they were far from perfect and did not come without a good amount of elbow grease. Frankly, I'm not convinced a good cleaning compound with a like effort wouldn't have done a better job.
Also, do not be tempted to carry the unit by the "T" bracket that holds the nozzle handle. It's not secure. Mine fell and I lost a caster.
